Hotel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix, Baie-Saint-Paul

I loved our time at the Spa Germain! It was a peaceful oasis, especially during sunset. The facilities were well-maintained, and I was amazed at how empty it was during our Valentine's Day visit. Even the cold plunge pool, which was a family challenge, added to the fun experience. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by stunning nature.

The breakfast at Hotel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix was one of the best spreads I've encountered in a long time. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented, highlighting local flavors. We also had a fantastic dinner experience where I tried the vegan courge bonbon risotto, truly delicious and a highlight of my stay.

During my stay, I had the chance to skate on the hotel's unique ice skating rink that felt exclusive to us! I also attempted some snowshoeing by the river, which was a refreshing way to enjoy the outdoors. Although the weather was chilly, it did not detract from the overall experience. The fitness facilities looked promising, and I loved how everything was so accessible.

My family and I stayed in beautifully designed rooms that were both cozy and spacious. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable, and having bunk beds for the kids was a major plus. The sheets were so soft, it felt like sleeping on clouds! Waking up to the serene views of the animals on the hotel made our mornings truly special.
